It was good to see re-development work finally commencing on the old 452 Motors site. The planning application numbers associated with the work are, 2008-730; 2009-207 & 2012-350. The proposal is to build 13 new homes with a housing association. This link is for the latest application for amendments to the earlier ones. Glad to see at least a couple of residents of Castle Bromwich taking an interest in their community. We have had & are still in the process of lots of new building improvements over the last couple of years. Keep it up gentlemen! | |
