I am in possesion of the latest issued Parish Council minutes, dated 23rd February 2011. I read, and indeed re read, item number 4...."Questions from the Public." Before reading on, please bear in mind, that these are , and I quote, "a true and correct record of the Meeting". Item 4, reads on line 8.....Feedback was given on the positive response thus far into the speed limit signs for wheelie bins, which the council will investigate further. Is it any wonder why Parish Council meetings are so poorly attended? A Whitehall Theatre farce comes to mind!!! | |
