I had to report a problem to the Parish Council this evening, but what do you do if you can't make contact or don't know who's responsible? There is a website called Fix my Street which will report the problem on your behalf. The website is http://www.fixmystreet.com/ | |

Given that the Parish Council are responsible for very little in Castle Bromwich I find it preferable to go straight to the department responsible in Solihull MBC and copy my query to our Councellors. Then, if nothing gets done, I ask the councellors to chase it up. Which reminds me, two weeks ago I reported a pile of rubbish that has been fly tipped on the waste ground on the corner of Old Croft Lane and Bradford Road between the two disused County Garages sites. It's still there so I will chase it up. | |
