My 13 year old son sent an e-mail to the organisers of Castle Bromwich Festival as he wants to perform there with his band . E-mail went off about 4 weeks ago and not a peep back. | |

I am Chairman of the Festival Committee and we haven't received an email from your son so there would appear to be a glitch in the system. I do know that some applications have been lost in ether space and must apologise for this. I've also been out of the country for three weeks so am only just finding out about the problem. I'll email you to get the information and respond directly to your son. | |

Quick update. Thank you for alerting us to the problem. We have located the source of the difficulty and are working on fixing it. The Apllication was submitted via a website and we have found it on the server and are looking into why it was not forwarded onto us as should have been the case. Please accept our apologies. I will email your son later today and process his Application. | |
