I attended the open school event at Park Hall School on Thursday and was really impressed with how much the school has achieved in a short amount of time. Although the event was advertised as an opportunity to see the new building, it also offered visitors a glimpse into school life. As a parent I want my child to attend a school that will not only educate him acaedemically but which will also allow him to flourish, encouraging him to develop his confidence and individuality and to respect others and their differences. Park Hall School demonstrated to me on Thursday that they have that ability. The pupils were delightful, full of energy and the joys of life, but still well behaved, respectful and eager to learn. The respect between the pupils and teachers was obvious, but there was still an overwhelming feeling of support and caring. Well done Park Hall School! | |
